  • Use of this service does not create an attorney–client relationship.

  • We prepare documents solely from the information and documentation you provide.

  • All documents are formatted to comply with the federal, state, and local requirements of the jurisdiction you specify at the time of service.

  • You remain fully responsible for reviewing, verifying the accuracy of, approving, signing (including via remote notarization where permitted), and authorizing any submission or filing of the prepared documents.

  • All filings, submissions, or transmissions to courts, agencies, or vendors are coordinated and executed by you or your designated representative.

  • We deliver a completed, jurisdiction-appropriate, court- or vendor-ready document package for your final review and submission.

  • Any court filing fees, vendor fees, agency fees, or other costs are separate and must be paid directly by you unless formally waived by the applicable authority.

Fees & Timelines

  • Preparation fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Advertised 24-hour and 48-hour preparation timelines are estimates only and are contingent upon your timely and complete submission of all required information and supporting documentation.

Data & Privacy

  • Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, maintained as confidential, and used exclusively for preparing the disclosure or filing package you request.

  • We do not sell, share, or repurpose your data outside the scope of the services you explicitly order.

No Guarantees

  • Compliance requirements, acceptance standards, processing times, and final outcomes are determined solely by the receiving court, agency, or vendor.

  • We cannot and do not guarantee acceptance, approval, filing success, or any specific result.
